These terms cover using this website. The terms for any actual project we build for you live in a separate written agreement we'll share before work starts — that's the document that matters for a build.

Using this site

You're welcome here. Please don't try to break, overload, scrape, or misuse the site or its inquiry form, and don't use it to send anything unlawful. We may update or take pages down at any time.

Our work and brands

The name "RCJ Creations," this site's design and text, and our products (Them 3D Print Guys, Dijaros Wares, Verse Command, Telemtrie, Anvil, Moss & Moons, and Sentril) are ours. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking. Links out to those products and to other sites are for convenience — we're not responsible for what lives on sites we don't run.

Inquiries and quotes

Anything you send through the form or by email is a conversation starter, not a contract. Nothing is booked, promised, or priced until we've both agreed scope and signed a written quote. Prices shown on the site (for example, "from $300") are starting points, not final quotes.

The part that protects us both: every project runs on a written agreement that sets out scope, price, payment schedule, who owns what (you own the finished work once it's paid in full), revisions, and timelines. If anything here ever conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

No warranty for the site

This website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it'll always be available or error-free, and nothing on it is professional advice.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, RCJ Creations isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit anything that can't be limited by law.
