Privacy

Short version: we only use what you send us to reply to you. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to any list. We're a small family studio — your details land with the people who'll actually answer.
What we collect
- The inquiry form — your name, email, and the few sentences you write about your project (plus optional budget and timeline). That's it. Only what you choose to type.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics — we run our own self-hosted analytics (Telemtrie) to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no cross-site profiling, no selling of behaviour.
How we use it
The form goes to our own hub and, as a backup, to our email — so an inquiry is never lost. We read it, and we reply. We use your email address only to answer you about your inquiry.
Who sees it
The three of us, and the tools we use to receive and answer mail (an email-delivery provider, Resend, and our own internal hub). We don't pass your details to anyone else, and we never sell or rent them.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to correspond with you, and a reasonable while after in case we pick the conversation back up. Want yours removed? Just ask — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@rcjcreations.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this ever changes, we'll update the date at the top. It's a short page on purpose, and we intend to keep it that way.
